1.[Switch off the phone.]
2.[Hold the keys(3,*andCall button)and switch the phone on.]
3.[Keep the buttons held down till you see the word "Formatting..."on the screen.]
4.[Make sure that the battery is full charged
before you attempt this. This should reset
the phone lock code.]
